Will my order now cost more?
No, we will continue to offer great value, quality products with no additional tax or duties to pay. We strived to provide a seamless customer experience with no added fees as we transition to the new Brexit model.

Will my order be delayed?
Due to the rise in coronavirus infection and Brexit, our Standard delivery method is experiencing delays and Express delivery is temporarily unavailable. We will continue to update customers once we return to our normal delivery schedules.

Do I need to complete a customs declaration form?
For a small portion of orders, you may be asked for supplementary information from the carrier to support country specific importation requirements to allow final shipment. No additional payments will be required to receive shipment.
