Orders made on, or before, Wednesday 20th July, will be subject to Gap's standard Returns Policy, meaning you have 14 days from receiving your order to post back any unwanted items.

As our Distribution Centre is closing, all returns will need to have been posted back to us no later than 9th August 2022.

What will happen to my customer data?

All swimwear and jewellery must have any hygiene seals intact to be eligible for return. This does not affect your statutory rights.
